Short version: a reservation costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and is not a purchase. The rest of this page says the same thing carefully.

What this site is
All Oceans Watches is a new brand and the collection is not yet in production. This site exists to show what is being made and to let you register interest in a specific model. It is not a shop. There is no basket, no checkout, and no price shown anywhere, because nothing here is for sale yet.
What a reservation is
A reservation records that you would like a particular model when it becomes available. That is all it is.
- No payment is taken and no payment details are requested at any point in the form.
- It is not a contract of sale. No agreement to buy or sell is formed by reserving, and neither of us owes the other anything as a result.
- You are not committed. You can walk away at any time, for any reason or none, by replying to your confirmation email or writing to us.
- We are not committed either. We may change a model, delay it, or decide not to produce it at all. If that happens to a model you reserved, we will tell you.
- A reservation is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold on.
If a model does go into production, we will write to you with the final specification and pricing before general release, and you decide then. Nothing about a reservation obliges you to proceed at that point.
Specifications
Every specification on this site is provisional. Movements, case dimensions, materials, water resistance ratings and strap options are what we currently intend to build, and they may change before production. Nothing on this site is a warranty about a finished product. Where anything changes on a model you reserved, we will tell you before you are asked to commit to anything.
Imagery
The watch images and video on this site are computer-generated visualisations produced from supplier samples and design specifications. They are not photographs of finished production pieces, and they are shown to illustrate the intended design. Colours, finishes and proportions of a produced watch may differ.
Using the site
Please do not:
- Submit a reservation in someone else’s name, or with details that are not yours.
- Submit reservations automatically, in bulk, or in a way designed to get around the limits on the form.
- Try to gain access to the staff area, the database, or any part of the site not meant for visitors.
- Copy the site’s content or imagery for commercial use.
We may refuse or remove a reservation that appears to be automated, duplicated, or made in someone else’s name, and we may block access to the form where it is being abused.
Intellectual property
The All Oceans Watches name, the compass mark, the model names, and the text, imagery and design of this site belong to All Oceans Watches. You may look at them and share links to the site. You may not reproduce them commercially or present them as your own.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and running, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Liability
Because nothing is sold here and nothing is paid, our liability in connection with this site and with reservations made through it is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects the statutory rights you would have as a consumer if you later buy a watch from us.
Your data
What happens to the details you give us is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. In short: we hold them to contact you about your reservation, we do not sell them, and you can have them deleted whenever you like.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the collection moves toward production. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
